Smartview will not remain as a menu Item

I have a customer who recently was upgraded to Windows 10. Since the upgrade the Smartview Addin continues to be missing each time she opens Excel. She is using Smartview 11.1.2.5.910. We have several customers using Windows 10 and Smartview 11.1.2.5.910 without issue. The biggest difference between her setup and theirs is the “default opening” of a xlsb sheet that contains her Macros. She had the same setup in Windows 7/Smartview 11.1.2.5.910 without issue. Each time she goes into Excel Options AddIns and goes to the Com AddIns and selects Oracle SmartView, hits ok. But nothing happens and the checkmark does not stay.
