Meeting request on Zoom - Setting Up Cloud for IaaS - New Project

based on Oracle Account Team direction, I raised SR on Oracle support asking for a meeting on Zoom to discuss the server, storage and networking infrastructure that needs to be defined for providing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud.


The Support team said the this is out of their scope and returned me back to Oracle Account Team!

What Should I do?
