Unable to access the RDF template and getting error file not found

Hi Team,

I have designed the BI report through RDF template and while loading the XML data its getting error file like 'javaw -Xmx256M -jar "C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib\RTF2PDFv2.jar" "C:\Users\ta24\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp\tb_param.xml"

File not found., Could you please help me on this issue.
