Purchasing attributes page not opening for one Item

Ware trying to open purchasing attributes page of an item but it is not opening only loading. There were some vendor entries in tables PS_ITM_VENDO, PS_ITM_VNDR_UOM_PR. We have removed it but still facing same issue.
