Apply rent increase immediately when future dated billing term starts

Hi,

Is it possible to create and apply a rent increase for a future dated billing term so that the increase will be billed immediately when the billing term starts?

For example:

It is now 2020 and we already enter a billing term with start date 01-JAN-2023 and a base amount of EUR 1000. The billing frequency is yearly. The amount of EUR 1000 is based on the index of 01-JAN-2000. Before we start billing on 01-JAN-2023, we want to use the rent increase function to increase the base amount of EUR 1000 to the current index figure. The transaction date for that rent increase must also be 01-JAN-2023.
