How to revert kernel to previous version?

With the recent release of UEKR6 some of our hosts have started using kernel version 5.4.17-2011.7.4.el7uek.x86_64 , unfortunately this has stopped ASM using the AFD on those hosts from working as it is reporting that the kernel version is not supported.

I've tried changing the default kernel using grubby first and then the grub2-set-default and grub2-mkconfig commands to the previous version of the kernel used (4.14.35-2025.401.4.el7uek.x86_64) but the system will not change from running the new version.

Does any one have any ideas how to get the kernel to change?

Thanks,

Jonathan
