What steps to create an entry for a location in the tLogProcess table before running a data load?

Hi everyone,

I would like my client to run a Process Monitor report that shows a status of all locations in FDMEE, even those that have no activity for the month. Can anyone explain what an FDMEE Administrator must do to initiate an entry to the tLogProcess table (the table that is used to source the Process Monitor reports) even before any data loads have been attempted for the month?

We are on FDMEE version 11.2.
