Question regarding installation Year-end-phase 2 patch

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

We know that the patch has to be installed before the first pay check of 2021, but does it have to be installed after the last pay check of 2020? And is there any other criteria regarding dates when should be aware of?
