Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. CREATED_BY is different in GL_JE_HEADERS and GL_JE_LINES for a journal

What are the different cases in which the CREATED_BY field will be different in GL_JE_HEADERS and GL_JE_LINES tables.

For example, a Journal has 5 lines.

In the header tables the created by is shown as ABC but in the lines table for that same header, the created by is some XYZ.
