How the employee prenote status flag update to 'C'?

Hi All,

Currently we are using People soft HRMS 9.2 with people tools 8.56.

Recently we updated all conversion direct deposit data to trigger prenotes. Looks like everything working as expected until submitted the prenote status.

I am wondering how the the prenote status goes back to 'C - Complete status'.

What are the main conditions will check by process. One of the employee prenote status stuck with S-Submitted.

Ours is bi-weekly payroll. Is the prenote process checks for prenote date + wait period and then change the status to Complete?. Which process has all these condition validations. Please advise.
