EBS 12.1.3 (OAB): End date for FSA element entry?

Hello OAB Expert,

I'm trying to set up a Health Care FSA plan on OAB 12.1.3.

When the HCFSA plan generated its element entry, it doesn't have an end date.

What steps or process do we need to run at EOY to generate the end date for the element?

I remember that is also a process to take care of any rounding difference.
