Turning on Change Tracking in MS SQL Server 2014

Does anyone know if there are any prohibitions or warnings against turning on Change Tracking for the JDE database in MS SQL Server v2014? Our BI team would like to turn this on and they want to be sure Oracle doesn't have any recommendations against this.
