How to pass Interactive Application version name to a associated orchestration using form extension.

Hi,

We are associating an orchestrator a button event on a form. But one of the input to that orchestrator is version. Can someone please let me know how we can pass grab the application version and pass it to orchestrator. Customer not allowed to modify the application form since it is standard.

We are on 9.2.4.3
