Why is update schedule sheet properties from project or shell templates failing?

in Unifier (MOSC) Question

While trying To update schedule sheet properties from project or shell templates I receive an error. The Warning below was noted by my IT Support:

I followed the instructions below to push changes to "Auto Update" schedules. It worked in the development environment, but not production.
