SSH equivalance setup

The install log of a ORACLE SERVER X8-2L says that  "user equivalency" was successful:

odacli describe-job -i 0e2ea52e-fac2-4130-b38e-8a02963aff50

SSH equivalance setup          October 13, 2020 8:18:51 AM EDT   October 13, 2020 8:18:51 AM EDT   Success

I don't see any shared keys in the .ssh directories. Seems like there should be. Anyway, I found an oak oriented document that says to use /opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/GridInst.pl to recover, but that perl does not exist.

How should recovery from this situation be approached in this software stack? Is there some known odacli approach?
