Learners job is terminated but they are not being dropped from classes associated with a program
We are experiencing issues where learners who have been registered in to a program, and subsequently enrolled in associated classes, have their jobs terminated. When they are terminated in ELM, the system is not dropping these learners from the classes that are associated with the program. This causes some awkward situations, when instructors are emailing class rosters ahead of the class and they end up including learners that no longer work at our institution. It's also an issue because these terminated employees are taking up seats in classes that other active learners could be enrolling in.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so what is the solution to ensure that these terminated employees are not kept enrolled in the classes?
