Patch Wizard for an individual Patch

Hello All,

We have applied Few DB Patches and we noticed the Patch Wizard for a downloaded patch function has been greyed out .

There are no detailed document on running the recommendation/then analyze a patch. Please share if there is any document. R11i / R12 : Patch Wizard Utility [Video] (Doc ID 976188.1) & Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12.x: Required Updates for Patch Wizard (Doc ID 1267768.1). Documents suggests once the Patch Wizard for recommended patches, it will enable the Analyze Specific Patches, but the request completes in Error.

Please advice.
