Setup charge by delivery stop after first dropoff

Hello.

I'm trying to configure an accessorial cost to charge a fix amount by every delivery stop after the first dropoff but no luck so far. No extra cost for additional pickup "P" stops applies.

Quantity of Pickup stops of shipments could vary from 1 to 4, and limit of delivery stops is up to 8.

Business case would be as follows:

Stop 1 Pickup (P)

Stop 2 Pickup (P)

Stop 3 Delivery (D)

Stop 4 Delivery (D)

Stop 5 Delivery (D)

Accessorial cost shall apply only for stops 4, and 5.

Stop off charges in rate records or rate offerings are not a valid approach because there are not difference between "P" and "D" stops.
