Does Oracle provide a list of Quarterly changes to Oracle Reports?

During our Quarterly Updates Readiness Review process, it would be very helpful to know, if/when applicable, when Quarterly updates impact seeded Oracle reports. I have searched and searched and can find no such list.

The specific issue is changes to the seeded Asset Register Report delivered new data fields perhaps around the 19C update, but I've been unable to find anything at all that outlines what change or why.

Any help in general for where I can find record of seeded Oracle report changes would be appreciated. If that doesn't exist, perhaps someone can explain why the following fields were added and confirm when it happened?
