ePro Fluid Req - No Link to See Budget Checking error

Hi, on the Classic ePro Req, there is a link to see the budget checking error, but not on the Fluid one. Is there a way to get that to be there? And if not, we are finding it frustrating that we are being pushed to use Fluid but the Fluid pages have actually removed functionality making it harder to adopt or so we would have to attempt to customize the pages, which we do not want to do necessarily.

Or are we supposed to use the classic ePro req on desktops? Will it still be supported for awhile? And the small form factor was turned off for the ePro tile in the Portal cref - what direction can you give us?
