If I make a change to a record field property in a delivered tbl ,will PUM update change it back?

I am trying to build a CI for the delivered table SRVC_IND_DATA table. This table has two keys, EMPLID and SRVC_IND_DTTM. in the record field properties, only EMPLID is set to Search Key so anytime I try to build a CI, only EMPLID becomes part to Create Keys. Therefore I can only add one record per EMPLID.
