I have a two datacenter setup with fsfo enabled (12.2 version). I want to configure two observers one on primary site and the other on standby site (different servers to primary and standby databases) but i always want the master observer to be started where there is the primary database. I have found PreferredObserverHost setting useful for this but i want to ensure that the master observer is never started on the standby database site - how can i make this possible?
