Future Dated OTL Labour charges on Projects

Please can anyone tell me how I can remove some future dated labour charges entered using the Oracle Time and Labor module. The charges can easily be removed in the employee has a current HR record however they can not be removed as soon as the employees record becomes inactive.

I have a project where time cards have been entered for Aug 2021 but the employee is now an ex employee. We are unable to reactive the users HR record as this would result in the regeneration of a number of forms including the P60. We are unable to end date the Project to which these transactions have been applied and do not wish to wait until August 2021 to close the project.
