Long tip not working in Quality Results form after upgrading from 12.2.6 to 12.2.9

HI All,


We have recently upgrade our Oracle EBS from 12.2.6. to 1.2.2.9.

After upgrade, we see that the fields with Long tip in Quality results screens (which are in OAF) do not show any text after we click on Long tip icon. It just show a blank pop-up window.

We tried opening the VO behind the region and running the query from back-end, and we could see hint text coming fine.

Any idea what can we verify and do to fix this issue?
