Backup Job Fail - RMAN-3014, RMAN-3009, and ORA-24381

Hi all,

I have Oracle 11g EE 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.

There are 4 databases running here. All have been running the same backup job successfully for a while until now. Just today, an incremental backup failed on just 1 of the four databases. The keys errors are: 

RMAN-3014: implicit resync of recovery catalog failed, 

RMAN-3009: failure of full resync command on default channel at <time_hack>, and 

ORA-24381: error(s) in array DML

I go into RMAN and connect to the catalog and target for this database. Any RMAN command I execute, "show all;", "list backup summary;", or running the same backup script gives these same errors after the normal "starting full resync of recovery catalog". The other three databases work fine.
