What is the API name for IR and ISO creation through Parts Requirement in Service Request

Hi

What is the API name to create the ISO and IR while creating the Parts Requirement in Service Requests.

Through this form IR able to create with source and destination as same Inv Organization, but while creating manually or Requisition Import program throwing error as Sub Inv is Nettable.
