E1 Web Server ,Orchestra Performaance Relations

HI Experts,

If the E1 Web Server for user access load and the AIS support for Orchestra work load are together communicate thru the same Enterprise Server ,no dedicated for each. Will this be a reason of poor performance of web user access.
