Unable to find IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB API in Integration Repository

Hi,

I am unable to find IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB  API in the Integration Repository Search. Yet, the entries are there on the underlying tables.

Would appreciate if someone can provide guidance on how to bring up the API in to the Integration Repository as I would like to deploy the corresponding REST service for this API.

If this is not possible, is there a workaround?
