Duplicate option and Delete option gray out on Buyer work center for punch out lines

Hello Friends

We implemented punch out recently, we have an issue now with the duplicate option and delete option gray out in buyer work center only for punch out lines. For non punch out lines i can see both the options enabled. We are in R12.1.3
