Issues With Weblogic 12.2.1.4 Admin Console Summary Of Servers

Since updating to Weblogic 12.2.1.4 from Weblogic 12.2.1.0, I'm noticing 2 things in the Summary of Servers section that have been bugging me. First, when I click the automatic refresh icon and start/restart my servers, I only ever see states of SHUTDOWN, RUNNING, or ADMIN. I no longer see states like STARTING, RESUMING, etc. This makes it more difficult to keep track of my restarts.

The other issue I'm seeing is if I sort by State, then click the automatic refresh icon, it no longer keeps my sort like it used to. It goes back to sorting by Name.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior, or know what I might do to get around it?
