Can a LOV in a value set be made to be a multi-selection list field?

We have added a DFF to the supplier site and the business would like a LOV's to be multi-selectable. I have been unable to figure out a way to make the value set list multi selectable.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

We are running Oracle Fusion 20C.
