Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I am trying to find the steps / process to close out negative Pay items created by Prepaid vouchers. I found following documentation by its missing (Or I am not able to find) section '6.5.5 Closing Out Negative Pay Items for Prepaid Vouchers', from 6.5.4 it jumps to section 7. Please help...thanks
