Are requisition priorities only available for eProcurement?

During recent testing we identified that a priority was showing on a purchase order. We have identified that the purchase order priority comes from the requisition priority. It appears that this requisition priority is only available under e-Procurement and Requisition Settings. This has brought up a few questions:
- Are requisition priorities only available for eProcurement?
- How is this intended to be used?
- If it is only available for eProcurement, is there any plan to change that so it is available for requisitions not created through eProcurement?
