In EBS, receive error "authentication failed" in microsoft word, when direct open xml report output.

We are testing upgrade oracle ebs from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 and found problem when view output for XML report in RTF format. When view output after file downloading ,there is a popup asking me to choose Open , Save , or Save As and I select Open.
