R42800 - Delay in the daily close job and records available in F42119

Hello,

(JDE 9.2) Each day we run the R42800 job in the evening. Our BI team has SQLs to extract data from F42119 into the BI software. We checked that the BI SQLs always run after the R42800 jobs. Sometimes there is a "delay" of 2 hours that the SQL selects records from F42119. For example, we check at 07:00 am and the result of the SQL is 0 records. When we check again at 09:00 am, we select 900 records. Although the R42800 terminated at 02:00 am. I tested this with log in
