EM upgrade to 13.4 failed. Now when re-running the upgrade getting BI publisher shared storage error

Hi

I tried to upgrade from 13.3 EM to 13.4. This is a single OMS with the repository database on 19c (separate server). Both servers are OEL 7

During the first upgrade I had got to 80% but unfortunately ran out of space (even though the pre install checks said I had enough. I tried to run the upgrade again but got stuck at an error of......'Before adding an additional OMS or upgrading an additional OMS, you must first configure a shared storage location for Oracle BI Publisher on the system containing the first OMS. Execute the following command on the system containing the first BI Publisher server named 'BIP':
