Hi Oracle Support,

We are writing this incident regarding an issue we are currently facing with the Relational Database Management System. The RDMBS infrastructure is as follows:


Cloud                   -> Azure

OS                      -> Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.7 (Maipo)

Database System       -> Oracle Version

Release                -> 19.6.0.0.0

Name                   -> PSU

Owner                  -> SAPSR3


vmsappsuora01    (PGE READ WRITE PRIMARY PGE)

vmsappsuora02    (PSU READ ONLY WITH APPLY PHYSICAL STANDBY PSU_HA)

vmsappsuora03    (PSU MOUNTED PHYSICAL STANDBY PSU_STB)

vmsapobs01       (Observer)
