Simphony 19.1.2.5 - KDS Issues

Hello,

Has anyone encountered KDS problems on Simphony 19.1.2.5? Property is on 19.1.2.5 and KDS is running on 19.1.2

It seems everytime the database update occurs [which is normally every 1800 seconds], some or all KDS devices stops working. What I mean with that is the display screen will look normal, but no new orders will come through at this point of time. You have to restart the KDS Display a few times to get it to work again. For now we installed printers at the property just to get them working. I also noticed that I had the same issue on my test property
