Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Patch 27748205 & 23021248

Has anybody had any experience with patch 27748205 and 23021248. We've recently applied another patch which introduced a bug with the CRM. MOS has suggested these patches to resolve the issue. just looking for any side effects of applying these patches.
