Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Due to COVID19, I have a business requirement to send out electronically signed documents when they are uploaded to the shipment.

I am stuck on the distribution of the document to the subscribers.

I did not see a TOI for documents and online help does not have a good overview of the process.
