Is TDE included in Oracle 12c EE license?

Hi,

I have reviewed this https://docs.oracle.com/database/121/DBLIC/editions.htm#DBLIC-GUID-03F1B8A1-378F-46B6-AEA3-90F358C4F8B4

Please help me confirm if TDE which falls under Oracle Advanced Security included in the EE license or is it additional cost on top of the EE license?

Also, please confirm my understanding that Transparent Sensitive Data Protection is already included in the EE license.
