It appears to us that our E1 UserIDs and Passwords are being sent in the query string in plain text

We're E1 9.2 Tools Release 9.2.4.3 with WebLogic 12c 12.2.1.3.0 J2EE servers. We have two load balanced instances and we've noticed in LB logs that the HTTP/1.1 using TLS 1.2 the query string shows E1 user passwords in plain text. Are we configured correctly? Is there any way to mask or encrypt these passwords?
