Mass drop inactive learners from programs and classes

Is there a way to mass drop inactive learners from programs and classes? We had never configured the auto drop table and so all of our inactive learners are still registered in programs and associated classes. Rather than having an administrator drop each learner individually, I'm wondering if there's a way to do in a batch.

We're on ELM 9.12.17 and PT 8.56
