How to move tablespaces from / to /home

We have some data files (Number 22 ~ 27 at below list) in /oracle/app/oradata/ORCL/ directory. As root directory is being filled, I like to move them to /home/oradata/. Can you send me the steps on how to move the data files to a different directory? And please let me know if I have to shutdown DB to do it or online. 

$ORACLE_HOME: /oracle/app/product/11.2.0/db_1

1 /home/oradata/COMP_CMS_DAT01.dbf COMP_CMS_DAT

2 /home/oradata/COMP_CMS_IDX01.dbf COMP_CMS_IDX

3 /home/oradata/COMP_EBUY_DAT01.dbf COMP_EBUY_DAT

4 /home/oradata/COMP_EBUY_IDX01.dbf COMP_EBUY_IDX
