Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Did GL journal approval with AME function support by via mail approve in R12.2

we have enable GL approval integrate with AME function, and we enable workflow mail service to send email and receive mail.

Now user's mail could receive GL Journal Approval mail from EBS,

but when user reply "approve" to EBS mail, we could see the mail in Inbox folder. And this mail always in Inbox folder.

not go to process or discard folder.

we want to know ,

did oracle GL workflow support approve by mail??
if support, how could we identify and make the process successful?
