Not able to open the forms servlet in the internet explorer windows 10

Hi

I have setup the Forms 12C (12.2.1.4) on my machine. I tried testing the form by opening the forms servlet. The page is blank and no error. I tried the same in chrome with thin form plugin and it worked fine. So I am not really sure what the problem is and where to check. Please assist.

I have installed Oracle 19C for the RCU DB. Java version is 1.8.0_271.
