Autoupgrade.jar throws error UPG-1316 at analyze phase

Hi all,

if you do use autoupgrade to upgrade your Oracle databases (and I really recommend to use it), you may hit the problem mentioned above. Seems only newer versions are affected, but it is fixed by DEV, so the next version should run again without showing this error message.
