Unable to check out. The following error is displayed. How do I troubleshoot this issue?

The error, 'An error occured while transforming the items from the supplier. Error Details: Message name PV_DC_ITEMS not in message data (119,5). SCM_PV_EXTERNAL_APP.DirectConnectPunchOUT.'
