How to stop Appliance process in order to re-create Appliance for 19.x software

Re-imaged X5-2 system to 19.9 appliance version.

Create appliance failed on step dealing with root ssh command - it was almost done.

Ran cleanup.pl script on both nodes, and then ran create-appliance command using previously created json configuration file. Received error:

DCS-10047:Same job is already running: Provisioning FAILED in different request.

Cannot find any information related to this message on Oracle Support.

What needs to be done to be able to re-run create-appliance? Definitely want to avoid having to re-image nodes again.
