SD / OD Hold Codes

Hi,

We used P4243 to create a SD/OD. The orders went on credit hold. We see the SD in F4209 and were able to release but we can't seem to find a way to release the OD. What am I missing? Should it also appear in the F4209?

We are on A7.3/
